  1. Basic Web page contains  2 - 3 pictures (logo) and description of the Organization, address, phone/fax no., etc. of the Board members in an easy to read Standard format.
  2. APrivat Private E-Mail address under the name of the Organization or the Assoctiation with automatic forwarding to your already existing   E-mail address (alias).
  3. MPrivat Private E-Mail address under your name (max. 24 letters), Example:  Foxterrier@top-info.ch. Manual forwarding of the information to you via fax/phone/letter. This option is advisable if you have no E-mail address but you want to be accessible via E-mail.

General Conditions of Sale

  1. Satisfied customers is our top priority. We will do everything posible to satisfy your needs.
  2. We are here for you. You can call us 24 hours per day, even on Saturdays and on Sundays.
  3. We depend on our customers. We expect your full payment of our invoices within 30 days.
  4. Our prices are dependent on our subsuppliers and we allow ourselfs to pass on their price increases to you.
  5. Our margins are slim in order for you to benefit from an outstandig price/performance ratio. Therefore, we have to charge you for additional efforts, e.G. translations, corrections, special layouts, picture improvements after scanning of Logos and pictures, excessive amounts of phone calls / faxes / e-mails / letters, changes, cancellations, remainders, terminations, etc. We appreciate your understanding for these policies.
  6. Unfortunately we can not assume any responsibilities for our subsuppliers and for server downtime. However, we will do everything to protect your interests.
  7. We also make errors, but don't take responsibility. Please check your Web pages and inform us of any differences within 5 days. We will correct our errors and of course at no charge to you.
  8. We reserve the rights to screen your supplied material against our Standards and make necessary modifications or refuse the display on the Internet. In case of intentional wrong information (FCI-, AKC-affiliation, pedigree, awards, etc.) we will exclude breeders from our Web pages.
  9. We welcome FCI and AKC breeders of all breeds and their respective Organizations and Associations of all Countries which follow the  FCI / AKC regulations and also observe the Swiss laws regarding cutting of ears and tails.
  10. In case of disputes - we hope this never occurs - the Jurisdiction is Sion, VS (Switzerland)
